At MakeMyKankotri, we strive to provide the best service for creating digital invitation cards. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures.

Digital Products Policy

All our products are digital in nature. Once you unlock and share an invitation, the service has been delivered and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and your invitation is created.

When you purchase a template:

  • Your invitation is created immediately after successful payment
  • You receive full access to customize and share
  • All features are included in the template price

Why No Refunds?

  • Immediate Delivery: Your invitation is created instantly after payment
  • Service Delivered: Once created, the digital service has been provided
  • Preview Available: You can preview templates before purchase
  • No Hidden Costs: All features included in the one-time template price

Exceptions

We may consider refunds ONLY in the following circumstances:

Technical Errors

  • Payment was charged twice due to a system error
  • Service was completely unavailable and invitation was not created
  • You were charged but your invitation was not created
  • Platform technical failure that prevented service delivery

Timeline for Exception Requests

  • Must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Must include proof of payment (transaction ID, order ID)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Contact us at contact@makemykankotri.com with subject "Refund Request"

Before You Purchase

  • Preview the template design before purchasing
  • See the template price clearly (₹99, ₹299, ₹499, etc.)
  • Understand that payment creates your invitation immediately
  • All features (voice, animations, RSVP) are included

We recommend thoroughly previewing templates before purchase.

What Happens After Purchase?

Once payment is completed:

  1. Your invitation is created immediately from the template
  2. You receive full access to customize it
  3. All features are included (voice greetings, animations, RSVP tracking)
  4. Share links work instantly
  5. The transaction is considered complete

Creating another invitation from the same template requires a new purchase at the same template price.

Subscription Services

For any future subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Disputed Charges

If you notice an unauthorized charge:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@makemykankotri.com
  2. Provide transaction details and proof of payment
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days

Payment Provider Issues

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. If you experience payment-related issues:

  • Contact us for assistance
  • We'll work with you to resolve technical payment problems
  • Legitimate technical failures will be addressed promptly

Alternatives to Refunds

In special circumstances, we may offer:

  • Account Credit: Credit toward another template purchase
  • Template Switch: Change to a different template of equal or lesser value (if request made immediately after purchase)
  • Support Assistance: Help resolving any technical issues with your invitation

  • Your order number/transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

We will respond to all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Event Date Policy

Important: Once your event date has passed, your invitation becomes locked and cannot be edited. This policy helps prevent misuse of the platform and ensures invitations are used for their intended purpose.

  • Invitations remain viewable after the event date
  • No changes can be made to locked invitations
  • Plan your event details carefully before sharing
